Honey Butter Pancake Syrup
Whips up in just five minutes and uses ingredients you have in your pantry!
Ingredients:
8 oz. raw honey, 2/3 cup
4 oz. butter, 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Pinch of salt, optional
Instructions:
Gently melt all the ingredients together, whisking to combine.
Serve warm over pancakes, waffles, french toast, you name it!
Store in a jar with lid.
Hearty Oatmeal Pancakes
A delicious breakfast staple that gives you energy all day long!
Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup flour of choice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Instructions:
About 12-36 hours before making pancakes, mix all the ingredients together, cover the batter, and store in the fridge.
Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes on each side, or the bubbles break.
