I love what I do and I believe it shows! I strive to bring a level of professionalism, excellence and strong negotiation & communication skills into place when working as your realtor. After earning my Finance degree & MBA, I was blessed and worked hard to build a successful career with the international marketing arm of Shell Chemical Company which ultimately led to my being a highly sought after corporate trainer and business consultant. These experiences trained me to be able to focus on the big picture while paying attention to the very important details of each transaction. Additionally, I also managed my families investments in multiple rental properties. My ability to see issues and find a resolution has resulted in zero tenant-turnover. I have also been a volunteer-leader in my church and children’s schools.

Sonja assisted in the purchase of our home in Hendersonville, TN after we had decided to move from out of state. As we were making a long distance move from California and were on a very short time frame, we needed to purchase the home quickly and without actually seeing it in person. This was a scary prospect and we needed to put a lot of faith in the realtor we chose to work with. She was always available to answer our questions, was very professional and made a long distance transaction go very smoothly. She made the back and forth of negotiating repairs with the sellers easy and less stressful and provided us with extra photos of the house.
